Any request for return is only done by mail and must be done by the customer by filling the Carpratik return form within 14 working days from the day after the reception of the order. This document must be returned to us at contact@carpratik.com in a single email.
After validation of your return request, an agreement of return as well as a number of return will be allotted to you by email. You have a period of 14 working days, as from the day after the agreement transmitted by Carpratik, to return the article(s) mentioned in the return agreement. After this period, the agreement is null and void.
Case 1: In case of non conformity of an article with the order
It is possible to make a return request. If the article is in conformity with the order or if it is a withdrawal, the return is at your expense.

We undertake to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a maximum of 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of its receipt.
We undertake to provide you with a positive or negative response within two months of receiving all the elements of your complaint if the response is our responsibility.

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes but excluding delivery costs. The prices of the products are those in force at the time the Customer places the order.

The seller's guarantee is, in any event, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of products that do not conform or are affected by a defect.
