Any representation, reproduction, distribution, extraction by any means whatsoever, even partial, of the website and/or its content made by the user without the consent of CARPRATIK is illegal and punishable by Articles L.335-2 et seq., L.343-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code of 2 years' imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 euros.
The law of 11 March 1957, authorizing, under paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 4, on the one hand, only "copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the private use of the copyist and not intended for collective use" and, on the other hand, only analyses and short quotations for the purpose of example and illustration, "any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, made without the consent of the author or his successors in title or successors in title, is unlawful" (first paragraph of Article 40). This representation or reproduction would therefore constitute an infringement punishable by articles 425 and following of the Penal Code.
